Nikon F2 from the '70s, I don't know the exact date.
Size: A4
Paper: Bristol board
Medium: Graphite 2B to 5B
Time: About 25 hours
Reference photo from an artist here on DeviantArt, but cannot give credit as I cannot find him anymore. He has altered the photo to give it an old look, which suited my drawing style, too.
Some areas are a bit blurred, these are intentional due to depth of field.
The paper is A3 but used the top half in portrait mode.
Thanks for watching!

Wow! Is it really a drawing and not a photograph?

I love all the tack sharp detail; I can really feel the texture. And all of that painstakingly drawn by hand? That's something phenomenal.

Much appreciated, thank you! Yes it took me a while and felt like giving up midway )
Glad to have feedback on how the materials are realistic, and regarding the sharpness, I had to do a touch of out-of-focus on the top left part, that is always difficult to do (so as not to look like a sketch).
Thanks again

Can I just comment on the irony inherent in this piece?

Haha thanks for noticing! If you mean the irony of "photorealism"

Oh yes. I thought a fun companion piece might be a blurry photograph of some art supplies. It would be the opposite in every way, obviously in subject matter, but also in the amount of planning, effort, time, and skill required to make it.

Thanks a lot, that's my goal indeed ^^ With graphite it can never be perfect though, I want to use colors in the future.
Thanks for your comment

I almost thought it was a photo but knowing you and your skills..this had to be an artwork^^ Well done mate, awesome!

Awesome, thanks dude!
I stopped drawing this last December (o.O)
and only had the top roughy part left, just above the Nikon part....
It took me a year to get myself to draw those details, I hated it....... it doesn't look like a lot of work but I hate repetitive stuff. Still I wish I had finished it last year
thanks for the comment, always much appreciated!

And woah thats a little while ago
True about details, though, after a while, I started to love details, while I avoided it allways before
