HiThis is my guinea pig
I need to get him a friend because he is lonely
The other day Bentley came into my room (I don't allow the ferrets in my room because Sly and Stubbs eat shoes and Bentley kills rodents...) and Murray started weaking because he saw her and as she was trying to figure out how to get the cage to kill him, he was trying to figure out how to get out of the cage to meet his new friend
That hurt me deeply
Right now his only friend is the cat because she just likes to sit quietly and watch him, but when he goes up to her she freaks the frik out and bolts

If any guinea pigs are gonna be eaten, it'd be Spamps cause he's way too aggressive
He's really cute and teeny tiny
But if he causes too much trouble for Murray, he's ferret food ._.

Have you tried searching petfinder.com? Lots of guinea pigs end up in shelters, because people don't realize they are indeed real animals with needs and personalities! Where do you live?

I searched on Petfinder before I got Murray, but there was only one pair relatively close to where I live and it was still hours away
And I was on there last night looking for mice but they only had a group of four in Georgia and they were all male (a father and his three sons) and I need females
But they were super close to where I live

Aww, okay! Maybe call you shelter and ask them to call you if they get any "Christmas presents" dumped off that are females?

I was looking for a shelter that takes mice around here, but I didn't find any :/
But I did find a vet that sees mice, so that's good to know because I'm pretty sure all my males have URIs because one was sick when I got it ._.

I'm sure he would honestly, but I can't get a bunny...
I have no space for one and I've never had a bunny before, so I'd have to do a lot of research (though this is my first time owning a guinea pig...)
And honestly, I don't make enough money right now to feed so many rodents and myself and be able to take them to the vet If need be ._.
But even if I don't find any piggies today, it's okay because I spend a lot of time with Murray so he's not so lonely
Like, I'll lay on the floor with my hand in the cage, and I hand feed him, and the other day I was reading Romeo and Juliet to him so he would get use to my voice
I've only had him for about a week, but I've made great progress taming him
I would like a little grey and white bunny tho...
