Hello!I made this illustration for a class in college. The idea was to portrait any famous brasilian involved in art, politicians, etc... I chose a singer I like, Rita Lee, but I decided to draw her based on a image of her younger, when she was a part o the band "Os Mutantes".
I can't say I hated this drawing, because it realy end up better than I expected! But, i know, it's full of mistakes and wrongs... and doesn't really look like her! But i decided to post anyway.... see if anyone coments ^_^;;
Who doesn't know her can see some images in her website [link] , in the section "coisas do baú", in the part with pictures of her in the 60's.

I looked at the photos of her and your drawing is a nice recognizable caricature of her.

Thank you so much, specialy for having the trouble of checking the photos!!! ^_^ Ppl I know usualy don't reconize her, but mostly because not many ppl know her at the age I draw her (18, she is over 50 now days)! ^_^
I think soon I'll post the first version of my caricature, much more simpler, but ppl actually liked it more ^_^;;
