Description
made using pimpmygun.doctornoob.com/oldap…The E27 Banshee is a semi automatic anti freak sniper rifle, designed for the take down of armored ground units, and the penetrating heavily fortified walls. It is chambered in custom made .450 rounds laced in nitrate. It can cut through the side of both an armored car and a tank that are lined up against each other. This weapon utilizes a special scope that detects weak points in body armor, and walls, and highlights these spots to make them easier to hit. The scope is also capable of seeing striders, which are otherwise invisible to humans. The Banshee gets it's name from the strange screeching sound that emits from the barrel when it is fired.

Okay, I think you should first clarify whether this is meant to be a DMR or an Anti-material rifle.

This is actually a combination between an anti-material rifle and a designated marksman rifle.

That seems a bit impractical, considering most anti-material rifles have much more expensive cartridges, must be shot from a prone position, (or you can risk the serious shoulder injury), slow to load, and most of all, generally very bulky and hard for a single person to carry around with them.

Hmm.......I guess it's a designated marksman rifle then.........thanks for the info.

Well, you did state that it's used for heavily-armored targets and walls, so it's probably still an Anti-Material rifle.
And Anti-material rifles can still be used to kill living targets, it just that it's usually incredibly overkill for lightly-armored ground infantry.

So......I'm guessing it would make short work of military grade Kevlar body armor?

Probably.
Though, with heavier plate body armor, the plate might survive but the person would probably die incredibly quickly just due to the sheer ballistic shock of all of the bullet's energy being pushed onto them.
