I love TMNT since back in the days when they where a black & white comic. I always though the concept was awesome. Throughout the years I've always wondered what it would be like to do a live action TMNT but not the bubbly round guys that originated from the animation, but a more realistic concept. Well anyways, here is my vision of a mutant turtle. I still have a lot of work to do but it's coming along. This will most likely become a resin kit when done.Tom

I've often wondered that as well! All though what I saw in my head wasn't anywhere as cool as your vision of the real life turtles. Truly awesome!

I love this. It is by far, the most original concept of the TMNT I have ever seen.
I will have to keep an eye on this to see how the final product turns out!

It reminds me of Michael Zulli's adaptation of the TMNT, original series issues 31, 35 and 36, collected volume released February 2007... similarly wild and viscious looking, although Zulli's turtles didn't have names, truly distinctive identities or distinctive weapons...

I'd have to say that this is by far the greatest iterpretation of the TMNT that I have seen. I too loved the old b/w comics. Great realism and attention to detail.

Wow, great work! Such an interesting take on the TMNT image. You can almost imagine the other three... perhaps taking inspiration from different species of turtles...?
