I love TMNT since back in the days when they where a black & white comic. I always though the concept was awesome. Throughout the years I've always wondered what it would be like to do a live action TMNT but not the bubbly round guys that originated from the animation, but a more realistic concept. Well anyways, here is my vision of a mutant turtle. I still have a lot of work to do but it's coming along. This will most likely become a resin kit when done.Tom

Looks amazing! I really like the clearly visible scales on his hands, legs and eye ridges. Wouldn't mind seeing turtles like this kicking ass on the silver screen. Great job!

This is eerily similar to a TMNT concept I had: an original design that captures the anamorphic essence of a mutated reptilian martial artist.

Killer! Man, I'd love to see you run with this concept. You should finish this guy up and send it over to Mirage. I bet they'd realy enjoy it, and who knows...Maybe it could lead somewhere. They did anouce a new live action film for 2011.
I think this cocept is good enough.
It's similar to one of my own, which was inspired by the tmnt as drawn by Micheal Zulli and the classic tmnt. Anyway, Very damn cool work man!

I think that looks too badass to be a ninja turtle.
Maybe for a kickass bad guy in a ninja turtle movie, but not the turtles themselves. Because I can't see this character cracking jokes and being funny.
The ninja turtles were meant to be funny and quirky, weren't they?

That is so amazing! Also, they're doing a new live action TMNT movie in 2011 so you might get your wish of having a movie without the bubbly suits. Hopefully the suits will look better this time.
