Here's their story: Kip was recently killed and is now a ghost. In his life, he was an orphan Ralts who had no friends, family, or anyone to turn to, and just wasn't fit to be alone. Eventually he managed to befriend a Shuppet he met in an alleyway at night, when he was woken up by the strong emotion coming from the Shuppet, whose name was Tsu. He was a vandal and a crook, but it didn't matter to Kip. He just wanted a friend. Through this he ended up becoming a vandal himself, which he didn't mind: until he found out what they were doing. When he found out, he refused to run away after the vandalism, saying he wanted to apologize. But the Pokemon whose home they had vandalized: Tivoli the Tyrant, of course. When Tivoli returned, he got his guards to attack the two. They managed to escape the guards, but were confronted by Tivoli at the exit of his temple. The two attempted to fight back, but they were much weaker than Tivoli and had almost no chance. They were quickly defeated, but Tivoli didn't want to stop there. He charged at Tsu, ready to kill him, but Kip didn't want to see his friend die. He stepped in front oy Tsu and was hit instead. Tsu managed to escape from that, but Kip was killed. Tsu was very upset at his best friend's death, and later returned to the Prismatic Jungle to see if there was any sign of him. There he found a Gastly, and he immediately knew it was Kip from the way he acted and the expression on his face. He took Kip back to Tao, where they joined the Rogue's guild.

Kip is a very lonely character, not liking being around others. He does enjoy Tsu's company, however, and is warming up to Gunpowder. He really doesn't like being around Devonshire because he's afraid that Devonshire will go crazy and destroy him. He isn't big on fightig and would probably never win in a fair fight, but he gets over it by building his moveset around Hypnosis, using strategy insted of power.
Tsu is more outgoing and social than his partner. He finds it hard to actually make friends though, because he always pulls pranks on everyone he meets. Gunpowder rather despises him because he never takes missions seriously or follows orders, pulling a prank or playing a trick on whatever chance he gets. His trickiness is incorporated in his battle style, using tactics that aren't particularly powerful but can really screw up the opponent's strategy.

V1.0: Finally got all the teams done. I like Kip's new app art, but my favorite thing is probably the final part of Kip's history (speaking of which, do you think I should put a warning on this for that?). Before anyone yells at me, I used all 3 boxes of the history because it's an easy way to tell their backstories (yes, Tsu was a Zoroark and Kip was a Kirlia when he died) and because I don't plan on evolving them at all. Don't think this is the last you'll be seing of applications though, I have a little surprise in store.
V2.0: Updated Tsu's app art with his cloak, updated fire color, and overall betterness. Honestly, this was my first try at doing anything with colored lighting. I think it looks cool and even more epic than the last one. What do you guys think? Anything I could improve on?
