Now that my kickstarter campaign is over with, It's time I get back to work! hahaha As if I haven't been busting my butt for 12-16h a day for the past 4 months to meet my deadlines. Only now I get to put more focus on my manga 🥰
Page 15 of blithe, Chapter 8 all finished! Just missing the text. I get about 4 pages done a month if I really apply myself. On this page I showcase the 3rd class teacher Laiko! You'll get to know her better in the 10th chapter, but she shows up during lunch here to help "prepare" things for the day.
Like most manga illustrators, I do everything myself! So it takes quite a bit of time when colour is involved 😂 But I love every second of it once I get to see the finished product! I give it that "anime" feel I love so much 😘
blithe is a romantic comedy, with a pinch of "slice of life", layered over drama, packaged in a science fiction-fantasy, monster gurl and guy setting that takes place during the FIRST day of college! It's gonna be one hell of a first day ~
