you asked for it!, and so here it is!after having drawn my venom Illustration ( [link] ) a lot of people have been asking me to do a sweet ass carnage. And though i didn't put as much love into this one as the venom one (venom being my childhood hero), i think it'll come out nice when finished!

I always loved the hack and slash of carnage, anything within his radius always gets maimed, and seeing him move around in the game was sweet!, the cartoon obviously didn't give him any justice. I mean, there not gonna kill a bunch of people on a childrens cartoon show. And thanks to the all mighty Disney, Carnage has officially met his end, along with a roster of other violent characters within the marvel universe.
So for all you Blood and gore hard core fans out there, i drew this for you guys!(and girls
)Also, i thought of the title to this Illustration by the lyrics of green gelly's song of maximum carnage, were the first thing he screams out before that hardcore guitar solo is "CARNAGE RUUUUUUULES!!!"

This is really awesome man. Great job giving him a sense of motion. All of the splattering effects are really well done, and his face is pretty sinister. This is a strong piece all around!

thanks, after having drawn this i told myself i would never draw under this caliber of art again. no more slacking off, and no thinking "oh, i wont make that mistake the next time i draw something", just the best i can do all the time. its about time i get myself a job in the field dammit!

Yep. Well, also that's all he ever recieved as a child. Hate, chaos, and destruction... and death because his first kill was at the age of 6

yeah, i didn't even know his name until i was at a convention and someone brought him up. i think its a swing and a miss, but with good writing, anything can go from crap to gold right?

That all depends. If you mess with a character that everyone loved then no matter HOW good the writing is... people will be pissed.

yeah, but things do have to change, nothing stays the same forever. plus, look at it from a younger perspective. a lot of kids don't even know who carnage IS these days. so introducing a female carnage won't change anything in their book.
and i'm a strong beleiver that good writing can save anything. you may hate her at first, but 6 issues in you may love her. not the same way as cleatus casady, but surely in a new way, as if it was a new character all together.

No. I am more of a Cletus Kasady fan than a Carnage fan. I mean, Cletus EMBRACED the symbiote and killed. This NEW host wants to control it... like we haven't seen THAT before.

The main character flows violently and swiftly. It's quite neat how you put tons of effort here.

i had to step it up cause my venom one is so hardcore with the detail, and i want this one to be just as cool.
though my venom one is all dark and ominous, this one is in your face, i just want the quality of art to be the same
