Description
This is dedicated to my very dear and sweet friend Kai =euroxtc whose been very good to me for quite a while by now.

While we have met a longish while ago by now, it's been in more recent times, that we've become faster friends. However, it was when we first met, that there were a couple things I learned about him, that had me feel connected to him right away, and I hoped we would might have a chance to become friends at some point. It is now to my own benefit that this has happened.

This is dedication is based, on a couple of things...

First, the fact that one reason of the reasons I feel so impassioned to volunteer with animals in need, is because I often feel like I can relate to feelings of despair, loneliness, and being stuck where it's not good for me.
[ i've never really shared that anywhere, until i very recently articulated this in more detail on a blog i have, that only very few people have found.]

So, doing something to help animals at least try to get unstuck from their situations, feels like the right thing to do.

It is my opinion, that ALL beings, humans and animals, have feelings, and therefore everything and everyone around such a person or animal, can just feel uncomfortable and "strange" if they feel like a "stranger" in the world all the time... [ see song below ]

Secondly, this dedication is ALSO based on,
POSSIBILITIES.

The kitten in this photo may feel like a stranger, alone in the world at the moment, but to ME, when I see this, I also see a kitten who is pondering POSSIBILITIES, perhaps such as those that pertain to HOPE for something better in his future.

Nothing stays the same, and things are always changing, and especially if we want and need them to...
of course with domestic animals, they DO depend on people to HELP make that happen for the better, FOR them... but...

ALSO, Kai and I were talking about possibilities... and just for fun, we were imagining him with a little orange or black kitten one day in the future... a happy thought, and who knows, it's just a nice possibility.

And I thought of this photo, of this black kitten pondering his own possibilities, and we can only hope good things come to him,

... as I hope with ALL my heart, good things come to my very sweet and kind friend, Kai.

He's a true sweetheart, and what a friend he's been to ME!

For any of us: it's possible not be a stranger, and not to feel strange, and be with people we CHOOSE that we can relate to, have things in common with, and most of all care about.

Dear Kai,
You are awesome! I've already said what I wanted- just remember I'm so happy I've met you, and I'll miss you, while I'm away for a while, but it really is true what we were saying... so I'll leave it at that, and be grateful that so many people here care about you! Love and Friendship, Tea
