well, In this Manga I'm making Celeste is bestowed the power and imunity to lightning. She can create and control storms eventually, but this is an unfinished peak at when she is first recieving her powers from the Gaurdian of thunder, Jupiter! Jupiter is a man that resides in wolf form, I'll post a picture of him one day, he's a cutie
