Very nice! I do remember this character of yours. I love how asymmetrical his two arms are in design, as well as the shredded and flowing look to his cape. If I was to give a critique, I'm having a little trouble telling whether he's wearing any sort of shirt or breastplate over his upper chest. If so, the colors there blend in a bit much I think. But I still really like how this came out
