Trying out a design for an OC. His name is Tumelo and he's pretty much a steampunk Phillip from Sleeping Beauty. Super excited about how it turned out. I almost didn't put in the magic glow cause it covers up how AWESOME the hands turned out (I was as surprised as you were)! But the magic glow is important because my character does magic.
