What is a gunslinger?

If you don't know what the gunslinger is, that's okay, it just came out recently. The gunslinger is a new melee weapon in the Engineer Update that has been released by Valve on July 2010.

What does the gunslinger do?

The gunslinger gives the Engineer +25 health (from 125 to 150). When the engineer does a combo attack with it, the third punch in a series of hits on an enemy will ALWAYS be a critical hit. >: D In addition, it also lets the engineer builds mini-sentries (for more info on mini-sentries visit the tf2 site).

Tell me about your development of the gunslinger.

This gunslinger is mainly designed for comfort. It's not as detailed as the real gunslinger in the game, but it's easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I used construction paper, tape, glue and a thin, black winter glove to make the gunslinger.

The main parts of the gunslinger are taped to the glove. The black rings around the finger part of the glove are NOT taped. They are there to give the gunslinger a more robotic appearance. The black rings have space between each other, so the cosplayer can be able to move his/her fingers without discomfort. In addition, the palm part of the gunslinger has nothing on it, because it would be difficult for me to grab and hold stuff if I taped construction paper on it.

The gunslinger took me 2 days to make it.

*NOTE: The making of the gunslinger doesn't need the cosplayer to chop off his/her right hand. Just find a thin black glove.

See you all at Anime Evolution 2010. I am expecting a lot of spies following me behind, and scouts yelling for a dispenser.
