it isn't an iconset they are from different sets the computer is from a set called Future Computers by Stee03 I think he's from wincustomize.com but I believe he's known as mrrste here on DA [link]
the folders are from a set called Labeled folders but It has been so long since I dl them I don't have the name of the author.
