It's called the Maloja (pronounced malloya) pass, the village (most of which is off shot right) is also called Maloja, and the shot was taken from the path up to a lake called Cavalloccia.

It's on the border by one of the main passes into Switzerland. It's really famous apparently, but I can't remember the name of the place at the moment, but I shall submit an enquiry to my personal swiss encyclopaedia (hi mum) and get back to you.
