He could remove and add quirks in people so I asked him if he could do something with the eye since it could still use the erase quirk and he made this little toy that is attached to my bowtie meaning I can stop the heroes from using their powers and treat them like breakable toys with ease. The reason being he added a quirk to the eye that weakens anyone it sees.Izuku Midoriya: No....I have....tell the others.....about the doctor.Ochako Uraraka: About that, I tested on him and he ended up becoming old and pathetic. He could remove and add quirks in people so I asked him if he could do something with the eye since it could still use the erase quirk and he made this little toy that is attached to my bowtie meaning I can stop the heroes from using their powers and treat them like breakable toys with ease.
