Soooooooo I really LOVE Blue's Clues, and it's been a while since I've really gotten super into it. But now that a FRIGGIN REBOOT has been announced, I'm getting super into it again!

So I thought I'd finally refine my old design for a new handy dandy notebook! And while I'm at it, I'll go through the design of it.

As you can see, this notebook takes inspiration from the iconic yellow picture frame in the living room, one that's been skidooed into many many times. I figured since the last notebook, Joe's notebook, was designed to purely be the Thinking Chair, it might be fun to do one for another well established piece of the living room. I also it a bit of a crayon-colored look to make it look crafted like Joe's was.
Since this design is a picture frame, it helps to make it easier to customize the notebook for those special episodes where it changes up a bit, and it just makes more sense! And since it looks like a frame they've skidooed in, maybe one episode would even have them skidoo into the notebook!

(Also, if you're wondering about the crayon design, I thought it'd be an interesting outfit for a new host would have squiggly lines. Just another simple pattern to follow up stripes and squares. And this pattern, like the others, are applied to the crayons they use. The user of this notebook could where yellow as their main color to match the notebook. Okay okay, tangent over, I'm done! XD)
