I don't even know. For whatever reason, Megamind and Hotel Transylvania have become some of my favorite derp animated movies -- I'm not much of a CG animation fan, so it's quite something that I liked HT at all. I couldn't help but draw Dracula and Megamind together what with their matching capes and all. >.<Hotel Transylvania (c) Sony

Great picture! I hadn't thought of a Hotel Transylvania/Megamind crossover before. But I like it when Megamind meets someone else with a cape and huge collar. Loved both of these movies.

I totally approve the cross!!! I recently saw these movies and I felt in love with both ^^
Megamind... I love this kind of characters who are more than simple villains.... They're good guys, in the end, but with the class and the coolness of a villain and interesting features and background. They actually can be good and actually can be evil... and credible in both cases.
Megamind rocks for me... the soundtrack, the graphics, all those black and studded clothes.... woah!
And Dracula. I was quite prejudiced about HT. Because I thought it was only an attempt of following the current fashion, riding the wave of twilight or so... well, I changed my mind! It made me laugh so much! I must say I would have liked to see Dracula being a bit more dangerous, I mean... a bit more Dracula

I TOTALLY agree with you about Dracula. I wish there'd been some really creepy scene where Johnny was reminded, "Oh yeah, crap, this IS a monster. I better not screw with him." He was a little too nice. Though I did think all his powers were cool, where I normally would think he was over-powered, I thought it worked in this case. I felt like the other monsters respected him for that even though Johnny didn't, and I'd have liked to see Drac use some of that on Johnny just to remind him. My favorite part in the whole movie is where Johnny is like, "DRACULA??!?!" And then the scene where he's all, "PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" Funny and awesome.

And also the end... when the group of monsters decides to search for Johnny... it seemed they would have revived their brilliance, making emerge their monster's ability from hibernation and I was all "Yeeeeah! Let's go! It's time to have fun, now!" and instead it all ends in a minute, in a sort of "happy end" a bit simplified. :\

Yeah totally. Like Frankenstein scaring them, but they weren't scared. Like, I think they should have been scared and then realize that when the monsters didn't harm them for real, that they aren't evil. Or something >.<

I agree. Megamind is too amazing. HT was funny, but just not on the Megamind level. THat and the animation on Megamind was mind-blowing.

I didn't really like DM much. Not sure why. It was still a good movie, but wasn't one I connected with. I want to see a Megamind/DM/incredibles crossover. Lol
