It is a Linux Distribution, that uses green artwork for it's version of the Operating System. You could download it and burn it to a CD, boot your computer from the CD drive, and run your computer from the CD and your memory to try Linux, without it even touching your hard drive. Will leave your regular operating system alone. To boot back into your regular operating system, just reboot the computer and remove the CD.
