a pokemon mystery dungeon AU!!!!!!! yeah!!!!!!!!

what if instead of Partner meeting Hero, it's Team Meanies who first meets them? i thought the outcome would be very cool, and so i drew it :')

Pikaru (the partner) would still make his own rescue team, but without the hero. in this AU, they would be on opposite sides, since Rain (the hero) joins Team Meanies. //also since Pikaru originally named my hero character - cuz she couldn't remember her own name - she wouldn't be called "Rain" in Purple Rescue Team AU. Team Meanies would have come up with a wholly different name.

would the Hero and Partner still become friends, despite their differences? i like to think this duo's bond transcends space and time, and they would still find their way to each other again.

Gengar's relationship with Hero is still a mystery, though. i haven't developed this AU much further. not sure how the story beats would play out after this.

will this be a comic series? probably not, i'm still trying to finish PMD:The Rogue Team's Chapter 2. but it's still a fun alternate universe to think about, and i might draw things for it once in a while = v = )
