Once again, there IS a readme with simple instructions included in the .zip file. These are confirmed to work on both Windows XP and Windows 7. If you try them on any other OS, let me know how it goes.

My next icon pack will be OC characters. There will be no minimum, nor maximum number of characters in this pack, and you will have at least a week's time from the posting of this to let me know if you want your OC in the next pack. If you do, then either leave a comment here or shoot me a message. Also, I need some form of art to use, preferably a vector (although I am capable of working with other forms of art to get it to work).
