unfortunately i have a problem. The clock shows me 02:50 instead of 14:50.
Any ideas how i can fix this?

Go to [MeasureTime] section and change:
Format=%#I:%M
to:
Format=%#H:%M
It should work - I used to have the same problem with WHEAT clock.

Love the skin, bro. Been using it. But, I would like to ask a real stupid question... How can I make the Clock to be able to shift to the right side? There seems to be a space or something blocking it from going to the right side of my screen.

Seems that there's a problem with the file path.
Here's how I fixed it,
(I'll assume you're familiar with editing skins and use a windows os
-Go to C:\Users\*your-user-name*\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Enigma\Sidebar\Notes
-Make sure there's a .txt file (not the .ini file) in there called 'Notes'. If not, make one.
-Then create a new .txt file called 'To Do'
-Right click on the 'Notes' skin, and go to Skin Menu > Edit Skin...
-Under the"[Variables]" section, change the "Note=" file path to this:
C:\Users\*your-user-name*\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Enigma\Sidebar\Notes\Notes.txt
-Now, Right-click on the 'To Do' skin, and go to Skin Menu> Edit Skin...
-Under the "[Variables]" section, change the "Note=" file path to this:
C:\Users\*your-user-name*\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Enigma\Sidebar\Notes\To Do.txt
That should fix it
