I just got an image of an eye, altered it, put it in place and then lowered the opacity of the covered area. The hologram thing on the left eye and the broken glass is just a bunch of brushes.

Thanks. Here's the original wallpaper ([link] ) and I used this for the eyes ([link] ). I only do this for fun currently, but I intend to make a career out of it eventually.
