Description
Commission for UncleSamEagle on Tumblr, featuring a currently unnamed otter character! The poor guy was ambushed late one morning, and managed to fend the foes off by himself, but not without suffering some injuries in the process. He's now hiding in some old ruins in the forest, peaking out from behind them, very nervous that these bandits might find him again.Related content

He needs a skunk body guard. Β Skunks might not be the bravest or strongest critters but if the bandits jumped out to attack them, that skunk will get scared and... well, the rest is history.
And this came out great! Β Nice shading and use of shadowing.

Can I just say, I absolutely love the way this turned out? I mean, the shading, the background, the colors, the expression. This is so inspiring, like, you have no idea. It makes me want to try even harder. Break away from the simplistic poses that I've been stuck with. I'm working on it hard, doing pose sketches and the like. I need to do muscle studies too...
