Description
Nothing special.I'm pleased with how it turned out, and I learned a few things.
Critique welcome, as long as it's nothing too intense. I'm still an animation noob. xD I know for sure that I'll be using a thinner line next time.

Cool :3
Y'know, I think you can also do flash animations in Photoshop, too. Make each layer an individual frame, then save it all as a GIF. :3

Yeah, I've tried it once before, but it's really more effort than what it's worth. I'd rather use a program that's dedicated to animation, rather than something that's developed for image editing.

Hehe, I think I'll try to animate some stamps in the future. And isn't animation just another form of image editing? ;3

Yeah, the newer versions have an animation part of it. I don't know how to work it very well, but I wouldn't doubt that could work!

x3 Even Elements 2.0 has a basic thing for it :3 As I said: just make each layer an individual frame and save it as a GIF.

LOL, this made me laugh when it fell on his face xD
Sadly, I'm learning too, so I can't really give a proper critique for animation

No worries. Feel free to look at the critique on the animations I post. Perhaps you can learn a thing or two from them as well.

It doesn't need to be ToonBoom. You can do it in real life, or on Flash, or anything. The principles and concepts of animation are universal.

I love how the sack flails it's sackish arms when it's about to fall.

Yeah, faster fall, and try more squash and stretch. The flour bag should be stretched up and down during the fall, and then flattened (and then returned to normal) when it hits ground! Otherwise, this is pretty darn good, especially for a first try!

Yeah, I gotta practice a bit with the squash and stretch technique. Certain shapes and forms are a bit confusing when I want to apply that principle to them. If you pause, the flour sack came off kind of like a moon at one part, but perhaps a more vertical stretch would work better. Thank you!

Heh, heh... rather amusing little short, there!
Reminds me of that sequence in Sleeping Beauty where (after we get past that boring bit with Rose/Aurora and Prince Phillip) the Three Good Fairies resort to using magic to get the work done. And yes, a sack of flour actually walks across the table and crouches beside the bowl to have its contents measured out for Rose's 16th birthday cake!

I haven't seen that movie in a LONG time. Probably not since I was a toddler. I really ought to go back and watch some old Disney feature films. I haven't seen one, in again, a long time.

Everything looks great up until the sack falls. I think it should fall much quicker.

I agree with you there; it should fall at the same speed as the rest of the movements in the clip.
