Every little filly mare dreams of being a Princess.Every little earth pony mare dreams of being able to fly.
Sherbert Fizz dreams of flying more than being a princess.
So why don't we do something for our dear mare .
Give her beautiful wings so she can fly.

Fly free my child on yonder,
Sprinkle the clouds with pink fizz,
Paint the sky with you heart.

Excuse me if I look like I've been sweating. I just had a epileptic fit after working on this piece (not literally). It's one of those pictures that you finish and you stomach is going:
WTF ARE YOU DOING TO ME DOOD? I MEAN SERIOUSLY, I'M DYING HERE FROM THE FLUTTERSHYS KICKING AROUND!
And who's she dressed as? Princess Sherbert Fizz of the Sherbertopia Fizztastic Kingdom.
That was sad but I loved it.
I wanted to do Sherbert something and was originally going to be a but got my mitts on the chibi lineart pack by . Thought this was way better since we had the Nightmare Night episode on the weekend.

That's because your shrug is the most epic one out there, great colours and the crown 'star' stand out.
I didn't draw the lineart but am adampt at colouring it now. Select the lineart, create a new layer and colour inside the selected area. I was like when I figured how to do it.

To be honest I was able to use the magic want tool to select the require area and simply cut/paste her markings across. This picture was ref [link]
