How the hell do you make these? I know that it comes with one, but I want to make one where the head is in a different angle and not looking at me directly.

This is an edit of a face that comes with the program. To get the face generator to make faces like this you would have to download or make the generator parts. I edited the image with gimp2.

I have a specific character that uses this one. She hasn't really been worked into the story, but she plays her part.

Honestly, the mouth is just from others of the RTP face sets that come with the RPG Maker. A little color and minor editing of the eyes and there it is.
