"Chase the dunya, and dunya will run away from you..." That's the gist of this drawing.

"Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion." -Surah Al-Hadid [57:20]

Ibn Umar reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveller/wayfarer." [Al-Bukhari]

"The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), Until ye visit the graves..." Surah Al-Takathur [102:1-2]

Anas r.a. reported that the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) said: "Three things follow a dead person: Members of family, his property and his deed. Two of them return; and one remains with him. The people and his wealth return; his deeds remain with him." [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
