Supergirl was struck by a new weapon designed to nullify a kryptonian's powers permanently. Unfortunately for the owner of the laser, the arc of her flight crash landed her in the territory of the "Fallen Angels". A gang of women who carved out their own small part of the city through ruthlessness and sheer brutality. They had been looking for way to expand their influence in the city and the answer to their prayers fell right into their laps. Their leader "Tash" ordered her girls to bring Supergirl back to their HQ. They could make a lot of money off of Supergirl and they planned on it.
