  All other Kingdom Hearts Kamen Riders focus on the main cast themselves, as in "Kamen Rider Sora", "Kamen Rider Roxas", and so on. But this one's named for itself, being much more open for others to use and try out.

  Kamen Rider Dive is my 5th Kamen Rider, and is themed off of crowns (Kingdom), hearts (Hearts), and Keyblades (Keyblade Armor).

["I believe! I believe that I am strong!" - Daisuke's pre-battle catchphrase]

  Our hero Daisuke (reference to "Daisuki", Japanese word for "love") was in search of his best friend who had vanished a year ago, along with many other people. During his travels, he stumbles across a dark portal that spawns a dark hand that immediately drags him in. He awakes in the famous Disney Town, getting him to believe that maybe the other missing people warped into other worlds just like he did. As he continues his search, the town was attacked by Heartless, and no Keyblade warriors were nearby. In his desperate struggle to fight back, a mysterious figure hands him the Lock Driver- a belt that accepts cards to activate abilities -and a Card titled "Dive". Equipping both, he dons a "borrowed" armor and a replica Keyblade.
Now he travels the worlds to rescue the lost ones.

  This series is themed off of having faith, or having belief in one's abilities in the face of impossible odds.

  Daisuke gets stronger by meeting new people, solving problems, fighting massive Heartless, and taking on new Forms with his Lock Driver. See, he's an ordinary person, so he has to don the armor in order to use a Keyblade at all as well as survive attacks that would normally kill or wound an average person.
