Would you consider allowing me to use this as the cover for my ebook? Β It captures the spirit of the story as well as grabbing the eye perfectly. Β I am a first-time author self-publishing on Kindle that has never done this before, so I haven't a clue how to go about securing permission.

She is beautiful... and she was such a sweet person. Sadly, she is no longer with us. She was just 23 when she passed. Thanks for your comment. Take another look and remember her... we all lost something the day she died.

Thanks... I thought the colours were nice as well. Christine does a great job modeling... so I guess we can honestly say that she does more than just windows... but you won't get me to comment beyond that.

Thanks Gov! Just some testing you know... I blew out the lights in the upper left quadrant bouncing halogen light off the ceiling- a little over exposed there. But Christina was striking good poses and the colours in the house and such seem to work pretty well. Hope to get some really good pics when I get the proper lighting.
Always a pleasure to hear from you... glad you're back!

Well, I'm gonna be the filthy pig and say the model is very hot.
And a skilled photographer develops the model's intense image.
ha, ironic statement. Woo! Hoowee!

Ah yes, and they say men are pigs....
She is looking pretty hot...and its no photographic illusion. There was no skilled photographer involved-- just me.

Den it has been a while!!!!! I love he color in this one. The subject is framed perfectly. I like the expretion and fall of the hair on Christine. I do not know if her hair was placed or just natural but it lays very well! What is it with the shoes?!?!?!?! LOL We have had this conversation before. LOL Another great image, Den and I even like the bag where it is!!!!

Hey Ray! Thanks for the comments. Yes, there is some nice colours in the kitchen and Christine fits in perfectly I think. She does have very nice hair and it falls nicely.... no placement on that shot, natural fall. The shoes are trademark... you know they're going to keep showing up in my photos Ray-- there's nothing anyone can do about that! Yeah.. and the bag... I talked to Capn Midnight and explained some of the items he pointed out... he was spot on on all counts except for the bag-- it is indeed a period correct shopping bag (1958). He's pretty good about catching the little ( but important ) stuff. There's alway something wrong with photos I post on DA... if they were perfect I wouldn't post them... I'd sell them.
More from this shoot coming soon.

Christine is indeed very lovely.
To start, I like the styling in the kitchen. It's come a really long way, and I think it was a good choice to stick with the original cabinets. I can't remember, are those the original fixtures as well?
The choice of colors is great too, and Christine almost matches it perfectly. Her skin and hair are the perfect tones for this room, I think. The dress is nice, and the heels are very debutant, but the apron seems out of place.
The tote bag in the back is definitely out of place. I'm suprised you left it there. And while I know you intend the room to be functional as well as aesthetic, the modern styling of the refrigerator does not suit the total piece.
I'm left wishing some of the other background elements were more visible, such as what appears to be a vintage electric mixer on the window sill. The scene seems to be lost in a middle ground of spartan and mise en scène.
I like the composition, the over-the-shoulder look on a full-body angle. I think you might be a little over-exposed, it took me a while to reallize exactly what she was holding was a bottle of window cleaner. The whiteness of the empty portion is lost on the background. In this case, I probably don't know what I'm talking about, because the rest of the image looks fine.
