Back Story:

Power Woman comes from the same multiverse as the Crime Syndicate of America. Though Superwoman believes she killed all her sisters, Artemis survived and took on the identity of Cat Grant. She slowly rose the ranks of the Crime Syndicate International and took over as a Crime Lord of most of greater Europe. After the CSA vanished to another multiverse, the other Crime Lords fought wars over claiming the vacant power, Power Woman sought a way to follow them. She knew if she could find Superwoman on her own without her crime family to back her up, she could have vengeance for her fallen sisters. After terrorizing both great scientific and magical minds throughout the world, Power Woman found a way to jump to another parallel universe.

Power Woman soon found she had assumed there were only two worlds, hers and the one that Superwoman had fled to. She was surprised to find a nearly peaceful world where "good" reigned supreme. She knew then that she was in for a long bitter search for the right world so she could have her revenge. However she would not do it alone. While the superpowered beings of her world were eager to serve under a strong powerful Crime Lord, she knew that this world's powerful beings would need more of a persuasive touch. She would rebuild the amazons in her image, all of them subsurvient to their new mistress and queen, and then she would lead them on a path of war and destruction across every dimension until she had found her long lost sister and she could feel her neck snap in her fingers.

Powers:

Super Strength - Can make even the strongest heroes and heroines fall with her strength. She has never been tested against a being from Apocalypse or the New Gods.

Invulnerability - While she can go toe to toe with even Wonder Woman and Superman, she cannot last as long as a full powered, angry Kryptonian.

Flight

Mental Domination - A blessing bestowed to her after the other amazons were slaughtered by one of their own. Hera and Ares formed a pact and blessed Artemis with the ability to dominate and control other people's minds. She can convert their will to align with her own and they will forget any previous allegiances they once had, committed solely to Power Woman's whims and purpose.

Weaknesses:

Magics - Strong enough magics can subdue/harm Power Woman.

Energy - The right type of sustained energy blasts will injure her (i.e. Pissed off Superman heat vision/Power Rings).

Ego - Power Woman's ego is her greatest downfall. She truly believes that she cannot fail and thus will not plan accordingly.

Not the most in-depth bio ever, but several people have been asking so figured I'd put one together as a quick reference
