Maybe. Or maybe he is just being radically scrupoulous, since his original Profile suggests that he believes in doing things by the book.
The Mechannibals appeared, albeit briefly, in SoD: Sentinel Prime and in Short Story: Remembrances .
Soundwave and the Talarzonians appeared in the previous pages of this same chapter.
"Funky aliens" is a not to Transformers: The Movie (1986).
