Description
A reminder that not everything was a bed of roses when Janice found herself stranded in our universe
She was used to her life being a certain way back in her own world, only to find things were radically different here: not only was her parent's marriage falling apart, her own friends avoided her and treated her harshly, since they thought she was still the same Janice that had tormented them in the past. Also one of the only people that had her back when she first came to this universe ended up moving away and leaving her life, so she was practically alone.
To make matters even worse, meeting her meaner counterpart from this universe was a major traumatic event for her, and she often dreams about it.
Yet, everything would have been so much better if Phoebe wasn't straight up lying to her face

This was a comic I've been meaning to make for a while now
I end up glossing over some of the darker, less charming parts of the magical shenanigans that go on both in ESL and in other settings, and this was a nice way to explore said aspects
We also get to see Janice's parents, Carol and Oscar Schulz! I'll try and do a family pic with them soon enough
And Geoffrey makes a return! After what must have felt like ages since the last time we saw him, we finally get to see his updated look... only for him to be put on a bus again lol
I'll admit it was fun to make Janice's room, as well as recreating the bathroom where their fateful encounter took place.
