say, I was just thinking about doing that Mermaid TG I mentioned, but I'm curious, how did you make the flipper? what is it using?

I made it entirely out of hairclips. The large tail fin is made of the ones that look like butterflies, then I used like two of the teardrop hairclips for the centerpiece, and finally I covered the leg lines with a few of those green ones with the color gradient. It wasn't as hard to think of how to do it as much as it was to actually get it to look just right though.

I basically gave her the blending pantyhose, then used a lot of hair ribbons to hide the line between her legs. The tail fin is also made of hair ribbons, but that's a bit more obvious
