Belinda (bell to her friends) was really surprised at how many options the parlor had. They had piercings she hadn't even heard of before, and she was getting pretty excited at the thought of getting another. Bell loved a more punk aesthetic, and she already had two ear piercings in one ear, both of her nipples had a bar piercing, and she had dyed blue hair and a tattoo of a bluebell flower., She was ready to take it to the next step with a septum piercing.

She looked over the options and had to ask the body piercer why one of the options cost so much more. They explained that it was different than the other options, it was... special. Firstly it was a bit larger sized than the others, not that Bell minded a thicker gauge, but the size wasn't the only thing different. This was a combo package, it came with two additional piercings, but the body piercer seemed hesitant to reveal where they would go.

"Look, this isn't an ordinary piercing, this will change things..." The body piercer looked uncomfortable. "These piercings, I can't refuse to sell you them, but I'm serious, you'll barely recognize yourself..."

"Hey, I've wanted a septum piercing for quite a while, I'm pretty committed to it," Bell said with growing irritation at the body piercer's reluctance.

"It's not the septum I'm talking about, its... You know what, fine, but don't say I didn't warn you."

The body piercer readied the equipment to give the stubborn girl her piercing and thought to themselves that at least her character was fitting of what was going to happen.

Bell waited anxiously, her nose already numb from the anesthesia and the body piercer didn't waste time cleaning her nose and getting ready to give her the thick gold ring.

"Last chance. Once I do this, I have to give you the other two, I can't explain why, it's just part of the deal, I don't make the rules, I just work here."

"Can't you at least tell me where the other two go?"

"You wouldn't believe me if I did."

Bell wasn't sure she liked the sound of that, but she wasn't about to back down. "Do it."

Bellinda didn't remember much of the following moments. She knew that the piercing hadn't hurt as much as it had been uncomfortable, and afterward something weird had happened. When the body piercer placed the septum ring through the hole in her nose there was a flash of light.

The metal had fused into a solid loop with no ability to remove it from her nose, but that was minor in comparison to the rest of the changes. Her nose began to grow how and she swore as it reached an almost burning level of heat before it calmed back down. She could see it, but the shape of her nose had already changed, and white fur was growing up its bridge. Next, her ears started to burn, and as they did they grew outwards, extended to each side as fur covered them as well. Bell's head throbbed as two short horns broke the skin, poking through her blue hair and pointing away from each other. Her eyes watered and she blinked a few times as her pupils turned to a rectangular shape, they left no doubt of her growingly goat-like nature.

"Whats ha-a-a-a-a-appening?" Bell bleated out.

The piercer ignored Belinda and continued to get two bar piercings ready. By the time he seemed to finish she was already groaning from the pressure in her lower abdomen. An area had turned pink and two nipple-like shapes were pushing out as it began to sag. Bell looked down in confusion at the breast-ish shape and then up in shock at the piercer. The piercer showed her the two bar piercing and then said that they would be going through her teats.

"Teats?"

"Yes, in a moment your udder will be large enough to pierce those thick teats."

"Udder. no, wait, what? I'm not a cow i-" Bell shook her head causing her septum piercing to heavily jiggle.

"Goat." the piercer corrected.

"Goat?"

"You're not turning into a cow, that's a goat's udder, and judging by the look it's pretty full of milk. You're going to need to milk it pretty often you know."

Bellinda staggered out of the shop on unsteady hooves, fur trailed up from them toward her shorts, and a fluffy little tail stuck out of the back of them. A heavy milk filled udder hung down over the front of her shorts, each nipple was pierced with a gold bar like her tits were, and milk was dripping from them constantly. The blue-haired girl reached up and touched her horns, still in a bit of a daze. She struggled to grasp that she was a goat-girl, the whole thing had been surreal. The feeling of her milky udder bouncing with each step and the cool weight of her nosering against her lip let her know that this was no dream though...
