I know this has the potential for a sequel but finding a suitable picture may be difficult. If there isn't a sequel to begin with it'd be hard to force one out. But if I get enough positive reception I might give it a shot.

Oh, I was more responding to this one's description where it sounded like you had plans for something. You could just write something and link back to an image and say it inspired you, as opposed to altering an image and uploading it. Would let you reuse an image more than once this way too. There is a question, I suppose, if your audience would protest but honestly if they're not here for your writing I'm not sure what to tell them.

(If the ability to draw good-looking manga-style art were more common knowledge outside of Japan and east Asia in general, I'd even recommend trying your own hand at it but the scarcity of said knowledge/skills in the English-speaking world makes it very hard for a newbie to make something that looks visually appealing. Still, you strike me as someone savvy either way.)

I suspect that they cater to the wealthier customers and those who come in as groups, while recruiting those who came in alone and looked like they had less cash. That way they'd have a good source of income from the likely big-spenders (the wealthy and those in groups) while the new bunny girls are less likely to have people who will know to look for them there (if they went there in secret) or have the resources to really look for them (because they don't have much money). At least, that's what I would do if I was running that sort of cafe.

If I was running it, I'd probably not target the customers at all. A bit too conspicuous or easy to stake out (i.e. people noticing people coming in and not coming out).

Instead, I'd make a focused effort on targeting very specific "undesirables". Vagrants, the lost and severely mentally ill (look up "greyhound therapy" for something truly depressing...), etc.  assuming that things like age/disease/etc. could be fixed with a bunnygirl-ization. For good measure, put some feelers out into the MtF trans community. I've been involved in it for a couple of decades now and I can tell you that they have enough suicidal folk that many would leap at the chance to have their dream come true even at such a severe cost.

Best part is? Even if I was figured out, the local government may actually turn a blind eye to me because they get to say that their streets have the lowest homeless population of anywhere, thus getting more public funding. Might be smart even to nip that in the bud and tip my cards a bit so I can get in on that corruption.
