Most people in the 101st century know earth's moon as Luna, not knowing that the term "moon" comes from the old name of first one humans ever knew. The moon has long since inherited much of earth's political power. It's surface dotted with thousands of surface crater domes, volcanic tube cities, spaceports and underground megahabs.

Left to right;

Cvar: The inhabitants of the massive volcanic tubes and caves on the moon. They tend to be taller than the other lunars and are culturally similar to martians in that they are very independent and self reliant.

Urburs: The most common ethnicity of transhumans on the moon, living in bowl shaped rotating habitats in the centre of surface craters. Urburs range in height from 5 ft to almost 11 ft in some low grav cities. Urburs have a stereotype of being eccentric daydreamers, typically secretive and aloof around all but their closest friends.

Lunar Tribes: donning ancient 28th century space suits maintained by devout ritual repair. The tribes of the moon conflict with their other human cousins for land they view as rightfully theirs. The tribals are the descendants of the oldest human settlers of the moon, living in enormous mining cargo trucks made into mobile villages.
