Hmm. The fleshy part of the wings look attached to the body making it look odd in regards to how it would expand its wings further. Like if it tried it would pull on its back. The arms look too low and based higher. I recommend look at a komodo dragon or crocodile for reference.
Not sure if I was much help, but anyway I like it overall.
