Description
I studied photography when i was in art school about 10 years ago. I found an assload of my old photos and decided to re-work a few of them.This was always a favourite of mine and i liked bringing the new media to it.

Fantastic! I absolutely love how it has an almost washed-out appearance, it really gives it a lot of feeling. And I *love* the cut-out-y-ness (gah awkward descriptions >.o) of it! I just recently got into painting and I use that "layered" effect...but that's mostly due to the fact that I can't blend for crap lol. You should really upload some of your photos. If they're half as good as your other work it'd be amazing to see! ^-^

Nice perspective
I like how you combined soft gradients with dark bold outlines. It's a very peaceful composition but the techniques iused make it in your face and bold.

Mainly pen & markers yeah, on really crappy paper.
A little stuffing around in photoshop too (mainly colour adjustment) but i wanted to keep it grainy and not overdo it like everything else i do!

Thank you, I'm really trying to combine and play with digital stuff. I don't want the ultra shmick look, just something a little different to the straight pen/brush and ink.
