the kind of loose canon around this is that becuase the T.R.a.P. is used to turning guys into girls it usually adds a pair of boobs in its application. Now, because the target already had breasts it wouldnt need to add any. However, because she is upside down when it reaches what it thinks should be the chest area it finds no breasts, it adds a pair thinking it normal.
