Description I seem to be on a very good streak with work speeds at the moment

This is not something that's happened to me since 2008 (about the time I blew Β£400 going over to a wonderfully passive aggressive interview with gamesworkshop only to find out they weren't going to help me with the expenses like they originally said they would do), oh well, I'm sure it has nothing to do with the Age of Sigmar recent events...

Anyways, after finishing the Salamander I realised it's been a long time since I even looked at this character, I made an armature which didn't fit the head and casually pushed it to one side, eagerly awaiting the motivation fairy and her cattle prod.

Spending a bit more time with this one, but doing my best to get entire limbs done in one sitting to minimise join hiding later on. Obviously the fact I like dynamic poses is rather obvious (like a fart in an elevator, which by the way, is wrong on so many levels
), but I decided to go with something a little different on this one, still undecided on the final position on the lower arm, but his upper will be holding a shield (because fluff and rules, etc).

Any questions just ask.
Sculpting with love and patience (read: anger and swearing).
Sculpted with green stuff and brass wire.

Indominous Rex. Only smaller. But really cool. With some horns from the Carnotaurus. I'm not that familiar with the products of Games Workshop but i guess he's a one of the bigger members than the usual 28 millimeter warriors.
He has really high detailed muscles for a creature with a thick reptilian skin all over the body. And really nice feet. I like him.

Yes, he's supposed to be one of those "head and shoulders" taller than all the rest model (piccy below).
I will admit I do like over defining the musculature on these as well as seriously bulking out the sartorius, but it does afford me a little wiggle room later on (such as an overall detail coat/layer, without losing definition, or making it look soft).

I'm hoping to bridge things out a little more later on, especially when I have a firm body base finished.

Which one, mine, the artwork for the original sculpt, or the original sculpt?

You have the original concept art? Is that available somewhere?

It's in the Lizardman warhammer book, one sec I'll see if I can find it.
