I was wondering,shouldn't Broly's Restrained Super Saiyan form have a blue tail to match his hair color?

Saiyan hair in the project isn't pure BLACK. It has other pigments, they're just really, really dark to the point that they all appear black. So Broli's hair isn't actually turning blue in that state, it's just activating the SS glow and illuminating the underlying pigment color from his base form.

If that's true though, then why do the eyes become the same color as well?

They don't. The eyes are the typical SS shade since he's trying to transform, while the hair is his illuminated sub-hue because he's being restrained.

I love the idea! Very creative way to retain the original Broly design. While the new one is by no means bad, it's certainly less imaginative (speaking purely in terms of aesthetics) imo
One question. Why does this Bio-Broly not have access the Ikari/Wrath form that the real one does?

The sheets display forms the character currently has access to. At this point, Bio Broli has never gone Ozaru and the concept isn't something he has any experience with at all. So he wouldn't have any idea about how to tap into that power or that it even exists, and it's not a form you can accidentally stumble into using in the project.

Been a fan of yours since 2010. Just remember googling dvz and your charts always helped me out in scaling dbz characters. Helped woth sprites as well and i even threw in a little reference to your super x gt style vegeta. hope you like it
Anyways, I was wondering if youβll ever do a regular Bebi Vegeta chart. It could really come in handy and while I know you prefer your design of him, it is still yet to be done. Maybe not his Oozaru form but the rest for sure. I hope you get to that and Iβd more than happy to have it to help me out with his scaling in general. Also the way you have them all face forward helps out alot as well.

I see what your doing here. Using the New Broly, you have not only fixed that awful mess of Bio Broly but gave him Old Broly design, very interesting. So I imagine his forms are completely achieved through genetic tampering?

They're already unlocked via the gene manipulation, meaning they don't need an emotional trigger or anything. But he still has to figure out how to activate each stage for use.
