I like the concept - but this Alice looks scary... especially the eyes. Also her wrists are a bit weird, and the textures are too blown up at this scale.
Sorry to be such a downer, but these things really distract attention from our heroine and her hypnotic predicament. I wish I knew enough about 3D stuff to give some more helpful advice.
