This is my interpretation of The Weinis, an Imperial Battle Cruiser from Issac Asimov's Foundation. The Weinis was a wrecked imperial war ship, that was repaired by the First Foundation. The ship was used in a plan to put the First Foundation in power over its neighbors, despite their small size. This was done by forcing the neighbors to rely on Foundation "Priests", to run the ship. When the ship was used to try to attack the Foundation planet of Terminus, the Priests depowered the ship, and forced the entire fleet to return.
