It's a scene from a book I was assigned in English, "Timeline" by Michael Crichton (same guy who wrote Jurassic Park) the novel, not the movie, the movie was waaaaay off but the book is incredible. You have to get past the first 100 pages or so before anything gets remotely interesting, so I have to hand it to my english teacher for being such a hardass about reading the book because being the pretentious ass that I am, if I'm not interested in something I'll just literally walk away from it.
