Merida was born into a family that had a quirkless mother and a water quirk father

she was born male, but she didn't feel comfortable being a male....so at the age of 15 she asked to be referred as a she instead of a he. After a bit she transitioned. She still wears boxers and such (because she hadent transitioned down there)
just to be sure no one would see it she just wears boxers (besides their comfortable lets face it)

she is a very shy thing and she is horribly quiet. Her powers are affected by her mood, anger makes the water pressure harder and sadness makes it softer and such. If she wants to she can turn into a water slime if desired. She can make water weapons such as a water gun (for fun) but she really doesn't use those.
