Last year I made a pic going over why I think Warner Bros. should have owned the rights to “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” instead of Disney (What if Warner Bros. owned Roger Rabbit and co. ) mostly by bringing up how Warner Bros. could have done more with the characters then Disney ever has.

I know Disney has a bad history of both squandering the potential of their franchises or milking them dry but the fact that there was never a Alice in Wonderland parody featuring Roger Rabbit is a big example of a missed opportunity.

I could see one be about Roger doing a favor for his cousin’s friend, AKA the White Rabbit, and has to deliver a package to the Queen of Hearts before a certain time. While walking he would have to deal with the various oddities of Wonderland, some he would like such as the Cheshire Cat and those he wouldn’t such as Alice who in this version is portrayed as sounding like a bit of a creep.

He eventually reaches the Queen and gives her the package, but of course when she doesn’t like what is in it gets angry and plans to cut off Roger’s head and throws him in the dungeon for later. Here he would meet Jessica who plays the Queen’s sister and actual heir to the throne and in reference to the live action movie, they and the other Alice in Wonderland characters work together and get rid of the Queen of Hearts and Jessica reclaims her throne, thanking Roger with a kiss on the cheek. We also could get and ending joke where we learn that Alice was after Roger because she had a message from the White Rabbit saying to not give the Queen of Hearts the package he was carrying or else eh would suffer.

Yeah its short a simple but its more effort in the franchise then Disney ever has.
