A few years ago there was a Power Rangers X DC Comics crossover that was well received and it got me thinking about what a Power Rangers X Marvel crossover would be like.

It would be interesting to see the Power Rangers interacting with the various Marvel heroes like Spider-Man (another “teenager” with attitude), the X-Men, and obviously the Avengers to name a few. Same with Zordon as I could see him interacting with The Watcher for example.

I could see Doctor Doom being on the top of a list of possible main Marvel threats in this crossover story who teams up with Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, or maybe someone else who got sent to the Marvel universe along with the Power Rangers. I could see him discovering the Power Rangers villain’s ability to make monsters and the processed used to make them grow whenever they want, as you KNOW Doom could find a way to do that as well and using those new abilities in a plan to try and take over the world. Maybe like (spoilers for recent Power Rangers comics) Zedd, Doom finds a way to tap into the Morphin Grid (or an Anti Morphin grid*) and gets his own Power Rangers suit that goes with his iconic armor.

At some point I can see the Rangers forming the Megazord to fight characters like Giant Man due to a misunderstanding, the giant monster Fin Fang Foom, or maybe even try going against Galactus or a Celestial.

Since there are 6 infinity stone and 6 Rangers, I LOVE the idea of a plot point where in order to save the day the Rangers use them with morphers to make themselves “Infinity Rangers “with powers related to the respective infinity stone they are using, along with an upgraded version of the Megazord.
